All products available on our websiteare made-to-order and tailored according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges resulting from a change of mind or any incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

4. Return Policy


Since most products on our website are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has started. This applies to all items, regardless of size or price.

However, if a product arrives damaged due to mishandling during delivery, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no extra cost.

To submit a damaged goods claim, you must notify us immediately upon delivery and before signing any receipt or delivery confirmation. Claims submitted after signing the delivery documents may not be accepted.

Any resolution for a damaged product will be handled either through a replacement item or a refund via the original payment method, at the discretion of OmniHome.ae.

5. Cancellation Policy

As all products are custom-made and produced to order, cancellations are only permitted in the following circumstances: if the wrong product was sent by us, or if the item arrives damaged due to shipping.

In all other cases, once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page.

6. Delivery Policy

We deliver all orders within the United Arab Emirates. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse, and the estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

We make every effort to ensure deliveries arrive within the specified timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control and cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from late delivery.

7. Product Appearance Disclaimer

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to differences in monitors, screens, and settings, the actual colour of your product may vary slightly from what you see online. We cannot be held responsible for these variations.

Additionally, patterns and shades may differ slightly depending on the product size. While we ensure that all measurements and dimensions listed on our website are as accurate as possible, minor variations may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.

8. Payment

We accept online payments via Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) or any other currency agreed upon at the time of purchase.

All payment information you provide is transmitted securely to our payment provider through an encrypted connection. We do not store any card details on our systems.

The cardholder should keep a copy of the transaction record and is responsible for being aware of our policies at the time of purchase.

If multiple items are shipped separately, each shipment may appear as a separate charge on your card statement.

9. Our Services and Delivery Area

We supply and deliver carpets and curtains across the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship or provide services outside the UAE under any circumstances.

We will not deal with or provide products or services to any country or individual subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, in compliance with UAE law.
